What happens during an in-home design appointment?
Whether you visit our Dundee Design Space or book an in-home appointment, the aim is to help you work through the options properly before making a decision.
Door design appointments usually take around 30 minutes with window appointments around 45-60 minutes depending on how many windows. We’ll talk through what you’re looking to replace, the styles you like and the details that matter to you, from colours and glazing to hardware and specification. At the Design Space, you can see products and finishes in person, while an in-home appointment lets us look at the existing entrance or windows in the context of your property.
Once you’ve narrowed down the right option, an in-home visit will be needed to take accurate measurements and check the opening before your final quote is confirmed.
We’ll then give you a clear quote with everything explained, so you can decide in your own time - there’s no pressure to make a decision during the appointment.
